If you’re looking for an EPIC full body, bodyweight workout, look no further!
And if you’re like most guys in the gym, then you’re probably lifting weight to try to get ripped and big. But as I’ve found that real strength and power comes from your core, I’ve been flowing some of these insane bodyweight exercises into my workouts lately and the core strength factor is epic!!
We’ve got an article on ‘Training Dirty’ – the Jason Statham way where Statham highlights some the the explosive ways he challenges and trains his body without using weights and at almost 50 years old, the results speak for themselves! So don’t be afraid to mix things up a little and workout in a super challenging way with no weights involved! I’d seriously encourage you to try a few of these out (guaranteed they’re not as easy as they look!)
