While he’s well versed in advanced skills, Statham credits his athleticism to a series of simple yet high intensity body weight exercises and plyometrics, aka jump training.
“I’ll jump rope, then do squat thrusts, burps, star jumps, push-ups, tuck jumps and step-ups,” he says.
