4. ACCEPT the Uncontrollable
You can’t control the cycle of life, or genetics, or Miranda Kerr’s body. Learn to let it go, find support in those you trust and forgive those that have or may still be causing you pain. Learn to forgive yourself too and stop being so harsh. Weren’t born with the body you wanted? Want to be taller, skinnier, faster? Yeah me too, but I accept the body I have today and work on making it the best it can be given the circumstances (like not being born Miranda Kerr).
