Learn the art of saying “NO”. It’s hard, I always agree to do more than I can handle too, but start making it a habit. You’re the only one who can take care of yourself so learn your limits, and take charge. Have a constantly negative friend or partner who brings you down? Avoid. It’s sucks, but it’s time. Hate crowded gyms? Find a time when the gym is quiet and make that your time.
