Rihanna’s never been shy about showing off what her mama gave her, but the Bajan beauty is subject to a little weight fluctuation here and there. Right now she’s looking pretty damn bangin’ and it’s all thanks to celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who has her eating her way through five small means a day, backed with five short bursts of exercise.
We hear that Hollywood set spreads can be pretty damn irresistible, which makes these celebrity body transformations even more impressive as far as we’re concerned. Kevin Hart – 2/15
Kevin Hart LOVES working out. Just check out his instagram. Under the guidance of his trainer Ron Everline aka “Boss”, according to Mens Fitness Magazine, “conditioned enough to run marathons.” Appearing on the front cover and in a recent interview with the magazine, the superstar comedian explains that when he first started out as a comedian, he was in “fake shape”. “I looked like I was in shape, but then you’d take off my shirt and it was like, ‘No, no, no.'” To get his physique, Hart explains that he likes to focus on the basics, pushups, bench press, rows, curls and dips – all being a part of his training, and that ‘he doesn’t like to get too fancy’ but likes to keep it simple. And it is working!

Chris Hemsworth – 3/15
From Home and Away to Hollywood, nobody says ‘Aussie success story’ quite like Chris Hemsworth. Oh, and it could have something to do with the fact that he packed on almost 10 kilos of lean mass when he scored his Thor role in 2011. While he was no stranger to staying active (Chris is BIG into surfing), celebrity trainer Duffy Gaver made sure he buffed up in a matter of months. As well as hitting the surf in Orange County Gaver punished Chris with old-school rugby drills, boxing classes and Muay Thai sessions. The result? Serious sex appeal. Interestingly, the muscular A-lister shed it all off again recently in prep for his new film, In the Heart of the Sea. It didn’t exactly get rave reviews, but Chris’s efforts to stick to a 500-calorie a day diet in order to portray his shipwrecked sailor character were pretty damn impressive.

Is anyone else secretly a little addicted to TOWIE? Back in 2014, the English reality TV star stepped out in a Halloween costume that was pretty much bursting at the seams. Talk about scary Loz. But since then she’s dropped five dress sizes, and lost a huge 30 kilos in the process. Amaaaaazing job babes.

Is it just us, or does T Swizzle have a tendency to date guys who’ve undergone killer celebrity body transformations? Can’t blame her! Last year, Jake went from gaunt to gorgeous when he gained a whole six kilos of rock solid muscle for his lead role in Southpaw. It was especially amazing transformation, given the fact that he’d just dropped more than 12 kilos to play an unsettling, almost anorexic crime-scene photographer in Nightcrawler. In fact, the film’s director revealed that Jake was so committed to the gym that it put an end to his relationship with then girlfriend Alyssa Miller. Talk about dedicated.
“The amount of time you have to put into it, the sacrifice that you put into your body, it’s not something that you’re eager to do again. It’s a huge commitment,” says Jake.

Country starlet Carrie Underwood knows how to flaunt a sequin or two, but since she hit the American Idol stage over a decade ago she’s undergone a major body transformation. Check out her latest Church Bells video, and it’s hard not to get a little hot under the collar at the sight of her strutting her stuff in a bejewelled mini dress and cowgirl boots. she credits her strong, lean pins to some serious pre-pregnancy training, as well as HIIT Tabata training.

From ‘Fat Pratt’ to 2014’s GQ Man of the Year, Chris showed us all that no bulk up goals are beyond reach. Shedding an astonishing 38 kilos, his debut appearance as a Jurassic World raptor trainer made hearts flutter across the globe.
So how’d Mr P pull off his extreme body transformation? He puts it down to a CrossFit addition, intense P90X workouts, hot yoga classes and a low carb paleo diet. Huge effort and an absolutely amazing result!

Despite having two children, she continues to flaunt a slender silhouette. Gerard Butler – 9/15
Whoever said Scots aren’t sexy? Gerard Butler’s shunning the nation’s Groundskeeper Willie rep, and replacing it with a seriously ripped body. It was his role as role as King Leonidas in 300 that inspired him to get in shape, with Gerard pumping out a Spartan worthy workout every day for four months. Following a strict diet with foods including cottage cheese, grapes, apples, avocado, green vegetables, quail eggs, turkey, chicken, fish, figs, olives and olive oil, whole, organic foods, whole grain bread and wild rice, the ‘Spartan diet’ also consisted of 1.2grams of protein per pound of body weight per day.
“That was a great thing, to put on that cape and put on that helmet and not have to think, ‘Shit, I should have trained more.’ Instead, I was standing there feeling like a lion,” he growls.

She’s known as the big lady with the big voice, but it turns out that following the launch of her latest album, Adele’s not so stout after all. Apparently, partner Simon Konecki has a lot to do with the weight loss, with the Hello singer embarking on regular morning jogs with her beau. When it comes to svelte post-baby figures and inspiration for curvier women, Adele is amaaaazing.

Ahh Bradley. Quite possibly the method actor of the century. In order to live up to his bad ass role as U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle in American Sniper, Brad put on a huge 20 kilos in mass. How? It was goodbye to sugar, salt and flour, and help to two hours a day with a personal trainer using the popular 3-2-1 Method.
“It was the worst but I would still make sandwiches. I would like cut a grape in half—this is so depressing—and I would put an almond inside, you know, to make a little sandwich. It was my big treat,” says Cooper.

A self-confessed gym addict, Khloe K has gone from being the chunky Kardashian sister to arguably the sexiest. OK, Kendall is still a total babe. Thanks to a rigid workout regime and a balanced dairy free diet, she’s managed to shed almost 20 kilos over the past few years. So rather than being “the fat funny one” as she once described herself, she’s less lard, and more lean, and I’m sure that as most would agree, she’s looking amazing!

From scrawny boy band member to beefed up prize fighter, Nick Jonas is hardly recognisable from his Disney Channel days. In order to score his role as Templeton ‘Faceman’ Peck in hit TV show Kingdom he put on six kilos of pure muscle, and learned to throw a pretty mean punch in the process.
“I did a lot of strength training, so just building muscle,” he says. “On top of that fight training as well, I learned how to fight.”
