So every week there are new ab exercises to try and for you to add to your repertoire of ab exercises. And only 5 minutes! For a rock-hard tummy, you can muster up 5 minutes can’t you?
Now, I’m not going to lie, the easiest part of working your abs is lying down on the mat (which always seems falsely comforting to me) – but do be prepared however to get uncomfortable as your abs crunch their way to a rock solid washboard that you just might be able to use after the workout (if you manage to get to the end with no breaks and without lowering your head or feet to the ground that is wink, wink)… So,

6 stepping leg raises
9 flutter leg raises
12 folded leg raises (each leg)
12 leg raises
12 single leg crunches (each leg)
8 second 6-inch hold
12 6-inch crunches
30 second 6-inch hold
If you’re feeling like a badass, then feel free to have a 2 minute rest & then repeat!
